Welcome to Terminus 7

Terminus 7 is a musical project that began in 2014 for a pop-up event reviving the music of the 70s. Our universe has grown steadily since.

 

Two of the partners in this adventure, Claude and Patrick,

already close friends in a previous musical life, enjoyed returning to

the stage so much that they decided to form a band :

TERMINUS 7 was born and took off with the joining of Marc, Pierre-André and Philippe.

 

The group's main guiding principle is to create original music that borrows from the codes of the great years of rock music and blend therein the multifaceted expression characterising the 70s and 80s creativity. We add to it a decent dose of our evolving influences and power it with the help of the incredible diversity of current technologies and sounds.

 

Numerous musicians participated in this project, each from different musical backgrounds. All brought contributions that enriched the project.

 

A decade of work and concerts have led us to want to materialise our musical journey, and this has just been accomplished with the release of our album "ORIGiN”, a 15 chapter showcase of our varied musical landscape.

 

OR!GiN will grace you with rock ballad "Autumn," "Moon Wings," and "Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word”, drive you through a very rock world with "Me”, "Terminus 7”, "Run Run Run”, "Knee Down" and "The Man From Minsk”, push you through an almost Metal moment in "Careless”, lead you to rediscover the sweet Pop harmonies of "Crowd" and "Time”, groove you with "Women," and finally play with your heads with  the prog rock numbers "Heart Attack" and "Nice One”.

 

Our original tunes are not only musically varied; their lyrics often reflect our personal experiences.

 

In addition to the pleasure of having cut this album, we really dig sharing it with live audiences, our true "playground." This is all the more so since we have new pieces to bring to life on stage and which will be on our next album.
